12. Specific Provisions for Zoom Integration

When you connect our Application to Zoom:

  • Our Application uses Recall.ai to create virtual bots that join your Zoom meetings for recording and transcription purposes.
  • Meeting participants will be notified when a bot joins the meeting.
  • We process and store recordings and transcriptions in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that meeting participants are aware that meetings may be recorded and transcribed.
