To connect your Zoom account:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page
  2. Click on "Connect Zoom Account"
  3. Follow the OAuth authorization flow
  4. Grant the necessary permissions

Once connected, PL Agent will be able to join your scheduled meetings, record them, and generate transcriptions.

Yes, your meeting recordings are secure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access controls limit who can view your recordings
  • Regular security audits ensure our systems remain secure
  • You maintain full control over your recordings and can delete them at any time

Our transcription service typically achieves 90-95% accuracy, depending on audio quality, speaker clarity, and background noise. The system uses advanced AI to identify different speakers and transcribe their words accurately.

For best results:

  • Use a good quality microphone
  • Minimize background noise
  • Ask participants to speak clearly
  • Avoid multiple people speaking simultaneously

This feature is not available yet. In future release, you can manage your subscription through your account settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  4. Update payment information
  5. View billing history
