1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PL Agent ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials within PL Agent for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained within PL Agent;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by PL Agent at any time.

3. Zoom Integration

Our application integrates with Zoom to provide meeting recording, transcription, and analysis services. By using these features, you agree to:

  • Comply with Zoom's Terms of Service;
  • Inform all meeting participants that meetings may be recorded and transcribed;
  • Obtain necessary consent from meeting participants for recording and transcription;
  • Use the recorded and transcribed content in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We use Recall.ai to facilitate the Zoom integration. By using our application, you acknowledge and consent to Recall.ai's access to your Zoom meetings for recording and transcription purposes.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the application, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content

Our application processes and stores content from your meetings, including recordings, transcriptions, and generated summaries. You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and process this content to provide our services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content that you submit; and
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
  • Use the application to transmit any harmful code or malware;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its related systems;
  • Collect or harvest any information from other users without their consent;
  • Use the application for any purpose that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on PL Agent are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on our application or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this application.

8. Limitations

In no event shall PL Agent or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our application, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on PL Agent could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our application are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our application at any time without notice.

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our application and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

11. Modifications to Terms of Use

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
